Payment policy:

1. 30% deposit must be paid within 7 days of receiving the invoice.
2. 20% deposit must be paid 90 days before arrival.
3. 50% final payment must be done 45 days before arrival.
4. If the booking is made within 60 days prior to the arrival date – 100% payment is required.
5. If it is necessary to reschedule the tour to new dates, no cancellation fee will be applied, but there may be a price difference depending on seasonality.

Cancellation policy:

1. 30% deposit payment is non-refundable.
2. In case of a cancellation occurring more than 60 days prior to arrival, there will be no additional cancellation fee.
3. In case of cancellation occurring less than 60 days prior to arrival date 50% of the total amount will be charged.
4. In case of a cancellation less than 30 days prior to the arrival date and a no-show, the total amount will be charged.
