Victoria Falls

Guided Tour of Falls • 12 & 13 min Angels Flight over Victoria Falls.
-Breakfast
-Guided Tour of Victoria Falls app 2h30 min
-Flight of Angels–12& 13 min Flight over Victoria Falls

There is no better way to see the scale, magnificence, and beauty of Victoria Falls than in the air. A helicopter flight over the Falls is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to view one of the Seven Natural Wonders of the World. As well as the Falls, you get breathtaking views of the Batoka Gorge, Victoria Falls Bridge, and the Zambezi River. We also fly over the Zambezi National Park so you will have the opportunity to spot game from the air. Our helicopters have specially developed bubble windows to give you the best view. We also don’t sell the middle seat, so all guests are guaranteed an uninterrupted view. Our helipad is only five minutes from town (the closest in Victoria Falls) and you can see the spray from the helipad. You’ll be over the Falls almost immediately after take-off. Flight of Angels 12-13 minutes:
The Flight of the Angels, so named after David Livingstone’s famous quote- “Scenes so lovely they must have been gazed upon by angels in their flight”- takes off and heads straight for the Falls, here it does a left and right turn over the Falls, allowing passengers the best views of the Falls. From the Falls, the helicopter will head upstream and fly over the Zambezi National Park.

Day 3

Adventure Boat • Bungee Jump or Bridge Swing or Zip Line

Adventure Boat

Our 465 horsepower specially made Adventure Jet Boat will take you up the rapids and into the boiling pot, right under the falls. The true power and intensity of the waterfalls can only be appreciated as you view them from below, covered in their spray. Leaving the boiling pot, the Adventure Jet Boat will take you on a fast-paced thrilling experience like no other, down and up rapids and through sharp turns as you speed down and back up the Batoka
Gorge. Your safety is paramount - our jet boat was purpose-built for the Zambezi and our captains have grown up on the river. They will ensure you have an exciting, thrilling but safe ride.

Bungee Jump

Pick up for the bungee jump
With Victoria Falls as the backdrop, the 114-year-old Victoria Falls Bridge as the starting point, and the Zambezi River rushing below adrenalin activities off the bridge are some of the most scenic, exciting, and picturesque in the world.
Our partners are the pioneers of bridge activities and pride ourselves on our world-class offering. They’ve been offering commercial bungee jumps since 1994 and have safely jumped over 300,000 people.
They’ve operated the swing and the slide since 2007 making us one of the most experienced operators in the world. Bungee offers undoubtedly the most scenic bungee jump in the world. We offer 111m of bungee, resulting in a 4-second, adrenalin-fuelled, free fall. It will be the most exciting, awe-inspiring 4 seconds of your life.

The Bridge Swing

The Bridge Swing offers you an opportunity for an amazing BIG AIR EXPERIENCE and sheer adrenalin in front of Victoria Falls. That is without a doubt one of the most spectacular swings in the world! The 115-year “Grand ol’ Dame” Bridge is suspended between 2 countries and the only place in the world that you get to swing in no-man’s land. Just walk off the edge of the platform.
The swing is done using two 65-meter static line climbing ropes attached to a 10-ton safe working load cable by a steel clamp. A 1m-bungee cord is positioned on the clamp to provide the swinger with a smoother ride and more comfortable swing.
Swingers remain in a seated position throughout the recovery and can enjoy the view of both the Falls and the bridge. The swinger is recovered to the winch platform and then walks out in the same manner as the bungee jumpers and comes out on the Zambian side of the bridge (still in no man’s land!)

Bridge Slide/Zipline

“The Longest slide in Victoria Falls…”
The Bridge Slide offers you a remarkable opportunity for sheer fun in front of the falls. The slide begins on the Zambian bank of the gorge and ends on the Zimbabwean side of the bridge. As the client slides from the gorge towards the bridge, they get an incredible view of the falls and the bridge during this amazing BIG AIR EXPERIENCE.
The 115-year “Grand ol’ Dame” Bridge is suspended between 2 countries and the only place in the world where you get to slide into no-man’s land.
Just step off the edge of the gorge and slide towards the bridge.
The slide platform consists of two areas, one of which is available for viewing purposes and the other is restricted solely for the slider/s and the crew. The clients are attached to the cable using a twin-bearing inbound pulley that can take up to 1.5 tons.
Due to the nature of the catenary (the slack in the cable), the slider will come to a slow stop on the upper part of the cable. Before the slider begins to slide backward a recovery operator on a separate slider will meet the client and attach himself to the slider of the client/s. The recovery operator is then retrieved along with the client back towards the bridge platform. Once the client has been detached from the slider, he/she is assisted over the railing and joins both the swingers and jumpers on the walkout.

Notes:
Guests are required to make their way to the Bridge. Sufficient time must be allowed to get from Victoria Falls / Livingstone town to the border, through Customs & Immigration then down to the bridge and up to the registration check-in. Clients are recommended to leave town 1 hour before the appointed swing time. Certificates will be issued to all clients who swing. (We arrange the transfer for you).

Day 4

Victoria Falls: Devil’s Pool or Angel’s Pool (depend on season)

Devil’s Pool – Zambia Side of Victoria Falls – from August to February.

Devil’s Pool is a natural pool of water that’s situated atop Victoria Falls, renowned for being among the largest waterfalls in the world. Right on the edge of this massive waterfall, a calm pool of water forms. This is known as the Devil’s Pool Victoria Falls. And daring visitors can swim in this pool straddling the edge of Victoria Falls!
Devil’s Pool Victoria Falls is located in the Zambezi River, along the Zambia-Zimbabwe border. Devil’s Pool is a death-defying feat that even the most casual of thrill seekers must add to their travel bucket list. When visiting Devil’s Pool, it’s even possible to lean over the edge of Africa’s Victoria Falls! This breathtaking experience in Devil’s Pool is every bit as mind-boggling as it looks. Visitors can get right up to the edge of what amounts to more than a 100-meter waterfall drop.

Angel’s Pool – From February to August

Similar to Devil’s Pool, Angel’s Pool was slowly eroded into existence, over thousands of years, due to the over 500 000 metric tonnes of water passing over the falls every minute.
Situated a little further back from the falls at 15 meters from the sheer 100-meter drop – Angel’s Pool is still a must-see but offers visitors a bit more confidence, comfort, and safety while still experiencing the epic view and thunderous roars of the falls.
Open during the rainy season when water levels are higher, Angel’s Pool is the alternative option when the water is too high to experience the famous Devil’s Pool. This means that you can experience at least one of the pools almost year-round.

Day 5

Victoria Falls: White River Rafting

Rafting

The Zambezi needs no introduction, no white water compares to the grade-five rapids of this incredible river. That is the most exciting, electrifying, and adrenaline-fuelled rafting trip in the world. The Falls and the Batoka gorge provide a fitting backdrop for such an experience. This is an African adventure you will never forget. As well as the renowned one-day trip.

Boma dinner

That is not just another ethnic restaurant, but a unique cultural experience. Excellent cuisine, including a variety of game meats and traditional Zimbabwean dishes, is accompanied by entertainment throughout your meal from traditional dancers, the Sangoma (storyteller), and a local fortune teller who is available for fortune telling. The Boma is open for dinner from 7.00 pm until late 365 days of the year.
The Boma nestles in a Gusu Forest and is partly open to the spectacular African night skies. A feast of nightly entertainment incorporates Shangaan dancers and singers and a local fortune teller. Guests are welcomed with a traditional greeting in Shona and Ndebele, the local languages. They are invited to take part in a hand-washing ceremony before sampling traditional beer and snacks as a prelude to dinner.

After dinner, guests are invited to wile away the evening with the restaurant’s very own Sangoma–a traditional storyteller to learn more about the country’s folklore, culture, and heritage.
